Balblair
    Balblair is one of the select few distilleries claiming to be the oldest distillery in Scotland. The buildings and distillery we know now were officially founded in 1790. The distillery is small, producing 1,800,000 litres per year, and is known for creating a style of whisky that is loaded with tropical fruit and long, spicy finishes. Since 1996 the site has been owned by Inver House distillers and has seen significant commercial success since.
